Are you a twenty or thirtysomething interested in an intentional friendship with someone a little older and wiser than you?  If so, you should consider becoming a part of The Mentor Project.  The Mentor Project's purpose is to help twenty and thirtysomethings grow in life and faith through a relationship with an older, more experienced Christian mentor.

•    A mentoree will be matched up with a mentor through Chad and Pastor Phil.
•    The minimum commitment for both is twelve months.
•    Qualifications for Mentoree: Must be a Christian or in a serious search for Christ, and willing to meet regularly with a mentor.
•    After three months there will be an open reevaluation to see if the relationship is progressing, and that both want to continue.
•    The Mentor relationship is not a counseling relationship and shouldn’t run alongside or in addition to regular counseling appointments.
•    A good mentor is available, able to ask good questions, listen, and provide guidance when appropriate.  He or she is a good example of Christian faith.
•    A good mentoree is teachable, open, and desirous to grow.

If you're interested, click on the registration below (it's very basic and will take less than five minutes) or talk to Chad at The Mount soon.
